Solve the problem that the speed of Liming reducer is lower than the rated speed after starting

When many customers buy Liming reducer, many of the parameters provided are the number of frames at the output end of a reducer, reduction ratio, output shaft diameter and other dimensions, often ignoring the horsepower (power) of the motor to be used. In fact, each type of reducer There are suitable horsepower, different horsepower prices are different, and the horsepower is also closely related to the size of the input of the reducer. If the wrong horsepower is told, the reducer may not match the existing motor, and a new motor or reducer needs to be purchased.

A 1 horsepower motor can drag 75kg of power at a speed of 1 m\/s. The motor needs to go through a transmission mechanism such as a reducer, so the actual horsepower transmitted to the machine is less than 1 horsepower. Therefore, a 1HP motor can be dragged at a speed of 1m. When the power is below 75kg, it depends on its mechanical efficiency. For example, a 1HP motor drives the equipment at a speed of 2m\/sec, and can drag a force of 75÷2=37.5kg at a speed of 1\/2m , you can drag a force of 75÷(1\/2)=150kg (excluding mechanical efficiency), which can be calculated in other occasions.

What is the problem if the Liming reducer is lower than the rated speed after starting? Generally, we check the motor first, because there is no motor or other external power, the head of the Liming reducer cannot be rotated. Several aspects are sorted out for your reference.

1. There is a "humming" sound and vibration after starting the motor. Please check whether one phase of the stator winding is open.

2. The 3-phase current of the motor is balanced, there is a "hum" sound but no vibration. Please check whether the 3-phase voltage is too low.

3. The motor speed is normal at no-load, and will drop after loading.

a. The motor starts with no load. If the speed is normal, you can add a light load. If the speed is low, it means that the mechanical part of the load is stuck.

b. If the machine is not faulty and the speed does not drop, the motor can run within the rated load range; if the motor speed drops and the output is insufficient, it proves that the motor is faulty.

4. The general reason is that the motor with triangular connection is mistakenly connected to a star or broken squirrel cage rotor.
