Lubrication work

When the actual working environment temperature exceeds the range recorded in the table, different countermeasures must be taken according to the actual working environment or contact with the original factory technicians.

When the working environment is lower than -15°C or higher than 45°C, the heat-resistant oil seal must be replaced.

When the working environment is lower than 0°C, the following conditions must be considered:

1ーThe motor used must be suitable for working in a low temperature environment.

2ーThe power of the motor must meet the higher torque requirement when starting at low temperature.

3ーWhen the equipment is just used, the viscosity of the lubricating oil will have a high problem, you should first let the machine run with no load for a few minutes before adding the load to avoid causing equipment failure.

After 100 hours of initial use, clean the interior and change the oil every 2,000 hours after replacing it with new oil. The replacement time also varies depending on the actual operating environment.
