3. The bearing position of the drive shaft of the reducer is worn;

4. The joint surface of the reducer is leaking.

For the wear problem, the traditional solution is to repair welding or brush plating after machining, but both have certain disadvantages: the thermal stress caused by the high temperature of repair welding cannot be completely eliminated, and it is easy to cause damage to raw materials, resulting in tortuous or fractured parts; and Brush plating is limited by the thickness of the coating, and it is easy to peel off, and the above two methods are used to correct the metal, which cannot change the "hard-to-hard" cooperative relationship. Large bearing enterprises can't solve it on the spot, and rely on external assistance to correct them.

For the above problems, the modern and western countries mostly use the correction method of polymer composite materials, which has super strong adhesion, excellent compressive strength and other comprehensive properties. The application of polymer material correction can be free of disassembly, free machining, and no repair welding thermal stress. At the same time, the metal material of the product does not have the concessions, which can absorb the shock and vibration of the equipment, prevent the possibility of re-wear, and greatly prolong the service life of the equipment parts, saving a lot of downtime for the enterprise moment, creating huge economic value.

For the leakage problem, the traditional method needs to disassemble and open the reducer, then replace the gasket or modify the sealant, which is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also difficult to ensure the sealing effect, and leakage will occur again during operation. The polymer material can be used on site. To manage leakage, the material has superior adhesion, oil resistance and 350% stretch, overcomes the influence of the vibration of the 4 series of reducers, and solves the leakage problem of the 4 series of reducers well for the enterprise.
