b. Before the load test, you should add smooth oil according to the position of the oil mark, turn it by hand to make the output shaft rotate one circle, it must be flexible, and then work for two hours without abnormal noise.

c. During the load test, the load should be gradually loaded to full load (loading should be carried out in four stages of 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% when possible), and the working time of each stage should be no less than 2 hours and should be stable There is no shock, vibration and oil leakage. After you are sure that there is no fault, drain the smooth oil in the machine or filter the oil with a 200-mesh filter before use.

d. If there is any abnormal condition during the test run, the cause should be found out, removed, and the manufacturer should be notified immediately.

e. The planetary precision reducer should be overhauled every six months. From now on, check the tooth surface regularly (weekly) for defects such as pitting, abrasion, and bonding. If the defect area exceeds 20% along the tooth length and tooth height direction, continue Development should replace the gear pair.

Two, smooth

a. The gears use two types of oil pool smooth and circulating smooth. According to the equipment description, use smooth oil, soft tooth surface, medium-hard tooth surface planetary precision reducer selection: N100～150, hard tooth surface and planetary planetary precision reducer selection: N220～320.

b. The lubricating oil should be checked and replaced regularly. When the planetary precision reducer of the new device is used, the new oil must be replaced after 10-15 days of work. In the future, the quality of the oil should be checked regularly (2-3 months), and the oil should be replaced immediately when it is found that it does not meet the requirements. Generally, the oil should be changed at least once every six months. When testing the oil quality, if you encounter one of the following conditions, you must change the lubricating oil in time:

The daily maintenance of the planetary precision reducer is mainly to inspect for oil leakage, check the liquid level in the box in time, whether the smooth condition is good, whether the screws are firm and intact, check the temperature of the equipment regularly, and use it for a certain period of time.
