b. Before the load test, add lubricating oil according to the position of the oil mark, turn it by hand to make the output shaft rotate once, it must be flexible, and then work idly for 2 hours, there should be no abnormal noise.

c. During the load test, it should be gradually loaded to the full load (if possible, it should be loaded in 4 stages of 25%, 50%, 75%, and 4%), and the working time of each stage should not be less than 2 hours, and it should be stable There is no shock, vibration and oil leakage. After confirming that there is no fault, drain the lubricating oil in the machine or filter the oil with a 200-mesh filter before use.

d. If there is any abnormal situation during the commissioning process, the cause should be found out, removed, and the manufacturer should be informed immediately.

e. The planetary precision reducer should be repaired once every six months. In the future, the tooth surface should be checked regularly (weekly) for pitting, scratching, gluing and other defects. If the defect area exceeds 20% in the direction of tooth length and tooth height, continue to Development should replace the gear pair.

2, smooth

a. The gears are made of two types: oil pool smooth and circulating smooth. According to the equipment description, choose lubricating oil, soft tooth surface, medium hard tooth surface planetary precision reducer: N100-150, hard tooth surface and planetary planetary precision reducer: N220-320.

b. The lubricating oil should be checked and replaced regularly. When the planetary precision reducer of the new device is used, the new oil must be replaced after 10-15 days of operation. In the future, the quality of the oil should be checked regularly (2-3 months) If it meets the requirements, it should be replaced immediately. Generally, the oil should be changed at least once every six months. When testing the oil quality, if one of the following conditions is encountered, the lubricating oil must be changed in time:
