In terms of general specifications, the ambient temperature of Liming motors is between -5°C and -40°C; the ambient temperature of Liming micro motors is between -10°C and -50°C. This specification has taken into account the rated temperature. The motor will heat up during operation. So if it exceeds this range, the following problems will occur:

Environments with small Liming motors below -5°C or micro motors below -10°C: Compared with normal temperature, the starting torque will decrease and the viscosity of the bearing lubricant will increase, resulting in poor performance of Liming motors. In addition, if the temperature drops suddenly, problems such as poor insulation or rust may occur due to frost, making it impossible to rotate.

Liming motors above +40℃ or micro motors above +50℃: heat will be generated when the motor is working. If the ambient temperature exceeds the published high temperature specification, the insulation of the coil may be deteriorated or the life of the bearing may be shortened .

In addition, remind you that when the humidity rises, problems such as poor insulation or rust will also occur. In terms of humidity: please use it in an environment where the ambient humidity is below 85% and there is no frost. Please use the motor safely and correctly within the operating temperature range.
