1. High repeat positioning accuracy
The hollow rotating platform adopts a single-stage helical gear reduction method to increase the output torque, and the gear accuracy grade is below grade 5. In addition, the flexible gap adjustment mechanism controls the backlash by changing the center distance of the two gears, so that the empty return of the hollow rotating platform is extremely small, and the repeated positioning accuracy is less than 5 arc seconds.
2. High rigidity
The turntable of the hollow rotating platform is supported by a set of precision cross roller bearings. The rollers in the bearing are arranged in a 90° staggered arrangement. The diameter of the rollers is slightly larger than the size of the raceway between the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing. There is a pre-tightening force between the inner ring and the rollers. Therefore, the servo turntable supported by the bearing can withstand various moments such as radial, axial and overturning, and its stiffness is more than 10 times that of traditional bearings.
3. High rotation accuracy
After the servo turntable is assembled, use the cross roller bearing of the platform as the center of rotation to re-grind the outer diameter and end face of the turntable (standard level is fine turning) to ensure the concentricity and parallelism of the turntable.
4. Arbitrary configuration of the motor
The hollow rotating platform can flexibly change the interface size by customizing the flange and input shaft hole, and is suitable for connecting any brand of servo motor.
